I am a Western Michigan University graduate with a Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering Design Technology. I have always been fond of 3D modeling using CAD and up until now I enjoy practicing it in my free time. I have taken classes such as Engineering Graphics, Technical Drafting, Advanced CAD, Product & Machine Design, Advanced Pruduct and System Design, Descriptive Geometry, and Design for Production that also helped me advance my parametric modeling skills. I am proficient with Autodesk 3dsMAX, Audodesk Inventor, Catia, Siemens NX, PTC Creo, and Zanoza modeler. Over the years, I have developed my parametric modeling skills for industrial applications and mass production implementation by working on plastic injection molding product design engineering and tooling design. My work experience is focused on automotive components including engine air induction systems and exterior trim. My skill set includes efficient parametric math data development for CAD production models, manufacturing 2D drawing creation with datum assignments and necessary GD&T, DV/PV testing and data correlation to customer targets, D-FMEA, and plastic injection molding design innovation. I am also proficient with photoshop which enables me to create my own textures and bring my 3D models to life.
